Our oceanfront cottages are located just 20 miles from Key West.

A fresh water pool is open to all guests. Guest laundry is on site. Linens and towels are provided in each unit.

Small boat access with a dock close to American Shoal is available. 

Smoking is prohibited in all cottages. 

Reservations can be made via e-mail or telephone.

There is a minimum three nights rental on all cottages.

A 50% deposit is due upon reservation. Deposits are accepted in the form of personal check or credit card. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, more than 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund. After 30 days, if we can rebook your unit, we will give you a refund.

Check in time is anytime after 3:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Rates are subject to state and local taxes and may change without notice.
